西安瑞斯通轨道交通电气有限公司是专业从事铁路机车车辆电器研发、生产、销售的现代化企业，是铁道部批准的机车重要件定点生产企业。

公司拥有生产厂地3000平方米，组装生产线5条，机械加工设备22台，检测设备30台，工艺文件及工装设备齐全；现有员工86人，其中高级工程师5人，工程师8人，质量管理人员3人，高级技师10人。

公司依托较强的科研实力，采用德国相关电器技术，自主研发出司机控制器、辅助控制器、电空制动控制器、交直流电磁接触器、各种开关、仪表模块、中间继电器、逆变电源等多种产品；为北车大连机车车辆有限公司、北车兰州机车有限公司、南车株洲电力机车有限公司、南车成都机车车辆有限公司、南车洛阳机车有限公司、南车资阳机车有限公司、柳州机车车辆厂和广州铁路集团公司、郑州铁路局、南宁铁路局、西安铁路局、太原铁路局、沈阳铁路局、哈尔滨铁路局、兰州铁路局等路局提供机车配套产品。目前，公司配套HXD3型电力机车的相关电器正在装车试验。

Xi’an Ruisitong Railway Traffic Electric Co., Ltd. as a modern enterprise specializing in development, production and sales of electric equipment of railway locomotive, is a designated enterprise for producing important pieces of locomotive approved by the Ministry of Railways.

The company, with 3,000 square meters of production plant, has complete process files and tooling equipment with 5 assembly lines, 22 sets of machinery and processing equipment, 30 sets of testing equipment; currently employing nearly 86 employees, including 5 senior engineers, 8 engineers, 3 quality management staffs, 10 senior technicians.

The company has a large production scale and strong production capacity. Currently, the related electrical equipment mating HXD3 electric locomotive is under running tests in the company.
